Material Needed for this Service:
You must provide the shop with pictures, related graphics or short video form content upon purchase of the service. The material sent will then be tailored to social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

Material must be approved before the final delivery of it. I will provide you with a content calendar with the content created for you. If you would like to edit, you can. You will be allowed up to 3 edits per post/stories/reels.

Delivery :
The delivery of content will be through email, DM, or from Etsy all within 3-5 business days in formats compatible to Facebook and Instagram.

    Privacy policy

    Meraki Planners Policy:
    Planners can be returned or exchanged upon reaching your order and notifying the shop as soon as possible and within 7 days of delivery. Planners must not be written or damage and returned in same or similar shipping packaging.

    Personalized planners are not allowed for returns or exchange.

    It is important for buyers to verify their purchase before finalizing it. Feel free to get in contact with the shop if you have any questions.

    Shipping fees covered by the shop during a sale will be deducted from a return.

    In order to have an exchange a new order must be placed. A return label will be provided.

    Upon arrival of the return a refund will be process which can take a few days.

    If you have a different address or an update to make to the delivery address please verify your information before placing the order or send message as soon as possible to the shop with the correct delivery address.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    What if my item arrived damage?

    If your item arrives damage you will need to contact me within 3 days after delivery so I can send a replacement right away.

    Please note that I will ask for pictures of the item that is damage.

    Personalize or custom orders are not entitle for refunds, but will replace or exchange.

    What if I get the wrong item?

    If you receive a wrong order due to the shop being at fault [meaning that you received something different than what is in the purchase receipt ] please contact me within 3 days after delivery so I can make arrangements and send the correct order.

    If the buyer places a wrong order the shop will not be held accountable or allow a bad review for it is the buyer's responsibility to verify the order at checkout before finalizing the purchase.

    When can I cancel my order?

    Within 24 hours of purchase or before approving the preview if you have request to personalize your order. Once preview has been approve it means it is in printing process. Once order has been printed you can no longer cancel the order. Personalized or Custom Orders can NOT be cancel.

    Can I return my order?

    As of July 2020, Meraki Planners no longers accepts returns or exchanges on orders. Make sure to ask questions if you have any, look at display photos, and be sure that Meraki Planners offers what you are needing and verify your order at checkout before finalizing it.

    Are shipping fees refundable?

    Shipping fees are fees impose by the US Postal Service. It is a service provided by the US Postal Service not Meraki Planners thus meaning that shipping fees are NOT refundable.

    What if I place an order for the wrong layout?

    What if overall I checked out a wrong layout, binding, size?

    What if I checked out under an old address?

    Contact Meraki Planners right away with the correct address.

    Meraki Planners will not be responsible if it is shipped else where. Make sure you review your order before placing it.

    Can I have a custom planner made?

    As of October 2019 Meraki Planner does not do custom layouts/planners.

    What if my order did not arrive, was lost, or was stolen?

    If your order did not arrive, was lost, or was stolen the buyer must file a claim with the postal service office so the postal service office can investigate what happened and so they can then refund the lost or stolen item. They will ask you for details and an invoice. Meraki Planners can provide you with your invoice and file claim link. Meraki Planners does not refund lost or stolen orders. A new order must be placed.
